Yesterday was an exciting day for Anthropos Arts students, mentors, and families. Students performed on stage at Emo’s for the World Music Tour event and they absolutely killed it!

Students finally take the stage!
This year’s student – mentor showcase included music from all over the world, including Ethiopia and Jordan. Both the middle school and high school bands performed sets, with both groups closing it out together for an awesome Jordanian song. To see videos of the student performances, check out our Facebook Page.
In addition to epic performances, there was a silent auction!
One lucky bidder won 2 SXSW Music Wristbands, giving them access to 5 days of the music festival, featuring about 1000 artists!
Once again, we’d like to extend a huge thanks to all of our sponsors for making this event possible! It was great to see the whole gang from Rhythm Superfoods come out and support!
We also want to thank our board members for their help in putting this fantastic event together, as well as the families for their support and encouragement. We would not be around if it were not for all of these people and their dedication. Thank you and see you all next year!
